By utilizing the DragonDataScale digital environment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Accessing our market intelligence reports or interaction with our API constitutes a binding acknowledgment of these rules.
If you are using these services on behalf of a corporation or enterprise entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Failure to comply with any provision herein may result in immediate suspension of service without prior notice.
02 Platform Usage & Data Scaling
Our proprietary data scaling solutions are designed for high-growth enterprises. Use of these tools is subject to fair-use quotas and technical constraints defined in your specific service tier.
- Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary data processing algorithms.
- Automated scraping of our analytics dashboards is strictly prohibited without written consent.
- Data exported from the hub must be handled in compliance with local Shenzhen cyber-security regulations.
03 Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through DragonDataScale—including but not limited to source code, market intelligence models, graphic interfaces, and the "DragonDataScale" branding—is the exclusive property of our organization.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the data results provided to you. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or publicly display our raw analytical outputs without explicit authorization.
04 Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and precision in our analytics, DragonDataScale provides all services "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our data scaling mechanisms will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragonDataScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
05 Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform dashboard or through the primary contact email registered to your enterprise account.
